OUR RETURN POLICY
What should I do when I want to return the product I purchased?
You can return your product by performing the following steps within 14 days after you receive your order.
1) The product you are returning must be unused, undamaged, its labels intact and its resalability intact.

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER:
2)You must log in to your account.
3)After logging in; You should go to My Account -> My Orders .
4)You must click on the return and cancellation button next to the order you want to cancel/return.
5) Selecting the product you want to return/cancel and stating your reason for return/cancellation; You must confirm your return/cancellation request.

IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER:
2) You can write your order reference number (or your cargo delivery paper) on a piece of paper, specifying your request for return or exchange (ADDING THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN IN THE PAPER WILL PREVENT MISUNDERSTANDINGS), add the paper into the cargo bag and continue your return process from step 6 .

6) For returns, you must send the product to our address with all its accessories and original invoice copies.

7-b) If you want to send it by PTT Cargo: (Cargo Fee is 30₺)
It should be sent by PTT Cargo, with the code " 801993624 " and stating that it is a contracted cargo, with the shipping fee option to be paid by the buyer (NO SHIPPING FEE SHOULD BE PAID) .
*** THE RETURN FEE WILL BE PAID LESSLY FOR ORDERS THAT ARE NOT SENT PAID BY THE BUYER (PAID FOR). Shecarf DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS.
After the cargo is received, when the product inspections are completed, if the product is sent to you damaged, defective, defective, or if the damage is not caused by the user, after the necessary inspections are made, the shipping fees will be covered by Shecarf and a refund or exchange will be made. If the color or model of the product is not liked or the right of withdrawal is requested , the shipping fees will be collected from our customers (for the return, the first shipment of the product + return shipping shipping fee, for exchange transactions, the first shipping + return shipping + new product shipping shipping fee) will be refunded or exchanged.

8) If you paid by EFT or cash on delivery, please contact us via Whatsapp: 05376252884 for a refund when you complete your return.

We will notify you via e-mail when your package reaches us. You can also follow your transaction status under the "my account" menu.
After the returned product reaches us, the return process is initiated by checking the product's compliance with the return conditions. If necessary, the product can be sent to the factory for return approval. (In this case, the costs that may occur will be reflected to you if user error is concluded. Your approval for this transaction will be obtained beforehand.) These transactions will be completed within at least 3 and at most 30 business days.
If the product meets the return conditions, we refund the product price to you as you paid, minus the shipping costs. If you pay by credit card, the product price will be refunded to your card. It may take up to 15 days for your bank to reflect this fee as a positive balance in your account. Shecarf has no right to intervene in this process.
If the product sent is not received, the costs incurred will be collected from the BUYER.
In case the product is returned; If the promotions and discounts used when ordering are invalid when the product is returned, these fees will be collected from our customers. (such as free shipping discount, Buy 3, Pay for 2, Buy More, Pay Less)

Refunds or exchanges cannot be made for packages whose delivery address is outside Türkiye.
